Privacy Policy

• Rescheduling: Same day reschedules is considered a cancellation & will result in 100% charge of services booked.
• Same Day Cancellations: Same day cancellations or appointment modifications that equals lesser value will be 100% of the services booked.
• No Call - No Show: Charged 100% of the service fee
• Tardiness: All appointments have a 10min grace period at 11 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & 100% of services booked will be charged to card on file.
• Deposit: $25-$50, all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits go towards service total.
• If eye makeup is worn to an appointment, there will be a $15 removal fee. We cannot guarantee a perfect outcome if makeup hinders our results. 
• Please refrain from communicating via Social Media(DM,comments etc), you may contact us by using the methods below. Allow 24-48hr for response.
